If your order does not arrive within 14 days please contact us so that we can investigate with the delivery company. One of the items is missing from my order. What do I do? Sometimes items that are purchased on the same order may arrive to you on different days. We will send you an email to let you know when each item is on its way. What happens if I am not at home to accept my delivery? Most of our products do not require you to be at home to be delivered. In the event that you have ordered products which will not fit in your mailbox, and you are not home to accept the delivery, then the postal service will follow their usual procedure. This usually means a card is left to notify you of an attempted delivery and the item will be held at your local sorting office. For items sent via FedEx, a card should also be left to allow you to arrange a redelivery or collection. Which countries do you deliver to? We deliver to the United States and US territories. Do you deliver on Public Holidays? Holidays are not considered working days, so we don't include these in our estimated delivery times. I have received my item, but I no longer want to keep it? If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the item for a full refund - please note that DVDs, Blu-rays & 4K Ultra HD that have been opened or have had their shrink-wrap removed are not eligible for return. The cost of shipping to return a product you no longer require will be paid for by the person returning the product and will require a Returns Authorization (RA) number. The RA number will be given to you by our customer services team. I have received my item but it's damaged / faulty. What should I do? If your item arrived damaged or is faulty, we will make this right as soon as possible, either by sending a replacement item to you or refunding your account. If we ask for the item to be returned to us, then GRUV Entertainment will pay for the cost of the return via a pre-paid label.
