I have received my item, but I no longer want to keep it? If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the item for a full refund - please note that DVDs, Blu-rays & 4K Ultra HD that have been opened or have had their shrink-wrap removed are not eligible for return. The RA number will be given to you by our customer services team. I have received my item but it's damaged / faulty. What should I do? If your item arrived damaged or is faulty, we will make this right as soon as possible, either by sending a replacement item to you or refunding your account.
