This item has not been opened or used more than twice, but, as you may be able to see from one of the pictures provided, one of the four teeth on the push hub that holds the first disc in the case has broken off. This has not yet resulted in a completely loose disc within the case, but it still has the potential to do so later.
A nice touch is that this disc contains a movie with no filler.
